Fantàstic vídeo on s’explica el projecte social i empresarial de l’obrador de galetes El Rosal, una de les activitats econòmiques que formen part del Centre Especial de Treball de l’Associació Alba. Des de l’any 2004 l’Associació va agafar el relleu del senyor Serra amb l’objectiu de continuar la seva tasca i donar ocupació a persones amb discapacitat.
